This means that you, and not Calling All Explorers, are entirely responsible for all of Your Content and that other users of the Services, and not Calling All Explorers, are similarly responsible for all Content they make available through the Services (together with Your Content and any content of third parties, “Content”). Under no circumstances will Calling All Explorers be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such Content. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.


We are not obligated to backup any Content, and Your Content may be deleted at any time without prior notice – accordingly we recommend you store and backup copies elsewhere.

Please note that Your Content will not be treated as confidential information – accordingly, you agree not to submit to us any information or ideas that you consider to be confidential. You acknowledge that your communications with other users via the Services are public and not private communications, and that you have no expectation of privacy in respect of such communications.

Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that we may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process, applicable laws or government requests; (b) enforce these terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Calling All Explorers, its users and the public. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Services, including Your Content, may involve (i) transmissions over various networks; and (ii) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.


You agree that you shall not be entitled to any monetary compensation in connection with Your Content and the rights you grant to Calling All Explorers under these terms.


Calling All Explorers respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, you should notify Calling All Explorers of your claim in accordance with the procedure set forth below. Calling All Explorers will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws with respect to any alleged or actual infringement. A notification of claimed copyright infringement should be emailed to Calling All Explorers (Subject line: “DMCA Takedown Request”).
